Moreover, the kethüda of the beylerbeyi harassed the merchant and took his 3000 guruş. The beylerbeyi and kadı are ordered to stop such acts that are against the ahdname.The are also ordered to return 3000 guruş and ensure that the merchant is paid by the Jewish subject.
